Page 2 of 21 When we laugh with life The Love between the cast stones always contain wishes Put upon them from the hearts that are aflutter They speak only in their stone language of Love And bring ripples to well over the walls of the fountain Splashing joy forever onto the pavement we’ve trodden When I first laughed with life, Life laughed at me For being gone so long, for not being truly able to stay Where are you going, Life asked of me Laughing so hard, but little did I see That the toughest thing in life was to stay To stay in that place not taking me away From dealing with things so fleeting and seemingly gray And still remain with laughter, with the essence of Life So much as to say, it was and will always be ok Love between only our laughing souls forever remain Putting music inside our eyes For each other and Life to laugh at Forever Life becomes that moment of magic and laughter That brings ripples to well over the walls of our ignorance And when we first laughed with life, Life laughed back for us to see For being in Love with each other and Life was the only thing real Now that we can see, Life said to us That only now can it be on it’s own way To leave us to remember the truest way to be
