The PIH have honored me by naming me as the 2009 Gunner Shaw Most Valuable Runner of the year. Shared with two other runners, the award means the world to me from Canada's top running club!
The World Invitational and Canadian Championships on Sat Feb 27 is done and the 2010 Canadian Snowshoe Running Championships has been secured!
Also have been named to Canadian team for 2010 NACAC mountain running championship coming up this July in Canmore.
