Molten rivers of perception crash baringly up against

My hopes and walls of fragile ash cycling around currents

Against mental walls of time I struggle but find

A measure of reassurance that if this volcano is to flow

It must be so...so for a brief fleeting instant

My hopes turn the ash into earth and I am left

To trust this place...For there never has been another

A measure of reassurance that I will take this time

To realign my aspirations turning struggle into success
