Taking the air and making panic

Addiction swirled and drew

My head spinningly spun within

In the forest of the disease

Never settle became the mettle

I forged into my chains

For the moment wasn't right

To trust any other person or thing

With deciding where my life will go

Those thoughts now run out of fuel

They are humourously without power

Barbs on their branches can't snag

Me right now

I hold the importance of love

Beyond measure and a thought

Is not worth giving up gratitude

For a moment, the resonation

from the Buddha nature in all

Emits energy that connects

and becomes one of which

I am part of.
