What you bring into yourself

becomes you

in your thoughts, hopes, dreams...

from the land, in the air, the water

and in the very essence

of what is welcome.

During the time allowed

for life to bring

what seemingly should be natural,

we discover our contrivances

and habitual methods for coping

only by doing so.

To continue the search in this method

despite having the truth

revealed

is to be ignorant of it and the

honour

of having the world

help

define your existence.

From this turning point the help subsides

and we are left to sort

through much more distraction.

In returning to what is known in the heart,

a new birth occurs. One that defies the momentum

toward despair and evolves into an alignment with innocence.

The cost of such sacrifice is weighed heavily

by our guilt for wasting so much time and

energy.

Acceptance, forgiveness, rememberance and renewal

forge

into one element that drums with the rythm of life.

Can you hear the rythm

again

and hold it forever in your heart?

It wants you to hear it

so much

that the loudness could of droned out

the sense of balance

within

your soul.

Listen to the druming,

the beating

of your heart and the forgiveness

in the hope

for a change in true strength.
