Who Am I?

Although the question is something I care to define only by what I have done today, who I am is a connection to others, the environment and a passionate purpose to try to make a difference in some way. As an Artist, Designer, Ultra runner, Yogi and Personal Trainer/ Pilates/ Yoga Instructor; I live on the West Coast of British Columbia, Canada and call the Sea To Sky area my home. I am humbled to of been involved with super interesting team events and running experiences that have allowed me to run through mountains – physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. Will other’s lives be better due to our presence in it and through any efforts we made to impart positive energy, wisdom and hope? Well it is my hope that I may have added more to this journey than I have taken away. If we must run, let us try to run towards a better day… perhaps together.
